Ongoing Nutrition Wellbeing Check-Ins (30 mins online)
If you need more than a one-off nutrition wellbeing check-in, I also offer ongoing Nutrition Buddy support, where we can check-in regularly, such as weekly, monthly, or a couple of times a month, whatever works for you.
It can be helpful if you want a trusted professional to keep in touch with, ask general questions for general support and guidance, for some extra support and peace of mind. It can be helpful for families who want a regular check-in for an loved one, for students away at university who want someone to check-in with about their food shopping and routines, or for anyone who just wants some regular contact to check-in with their general nutrition and lifestyle goals.

CellNurish Assess is a dietetic and nutritional therapy assessment with a review phone call. Initial appointment is a dietetic and nutritional therapy assessment offering time to explore your health, symptoms and diet and develop a personalised plan. Review phone call provides an opportunity to review progress, ask any questions, and discuss next steps to help you continue move forward.
Usually completed within 1–3 months., or sooner if used at your own pace.

CellNurish Progress is a dietetic and nutritional therapy assessment with a follow-up appointment, review phone call, and email support.
Usually completed within 1–3 months., or sooner if used at your own pace.
*Where email support is available, it is available during working hours, for brief questions and queries. If your enquiry requires more than a 15-minute response please book an additional follow-up outside of your agreed appointments.
CellNurish™ Maintain

Follow-up options after your plan are available depending on your needs:
£30 for 15 minutes (phone call)
£60 for 30 mins (phone call)
£75 for 45 mins (online)
£330 for 4 × 60 mins (online) plus email support*
CellNurish Maintain provides ongoing follow-up support after your plan is completed, with the flexibility to use appointments as needed.
