Initial consultation (60 - 90 mins) £100

Completion of a health questionnaire and a 3-day food diary is needed for review before the initial assessment. If you would prefer to complete the health questionnaire and food diary during the initial consultation, just let me know.
The initial assessment includes reviewing your health and medical history which is invaluable when looking for ‘root causes’ of symptoms, and making assessment of unresolved and complex health conditions.
As much relevant information as possible is needed to be able to inform your care plan to provide nutrition and lifestyle advice and make recommendations to best support health, wellbeing and quality of life.
Supplementation and/or functional testing recommendations are made if required.
About 4-6 weeks after the initial assessment a follow-up consultation can be arranged to review any ongoing needs and make adjustments to your care plan, review supplementation and/or test results.
