Upon booking, appointments are confirmed by email once a date and time has been agreed via discovery call, telephone or email.

An invoice will be sent for payment via BACS. An online link is also available on request. Payment must be completed prior to appointments taking place.

Prior to your first assessment or nutritional therapy appointment, you’ll complete a health questionnaire and share any relevant test results (where appropriate). All forms will be sent by email unless you prefer another format for accessibility.

A full dietetic and nutritional therapy assessment to review your health, lifestyle, nutrition, and medical history.

Includes discussion of your food diary and/or symptom diary, concerns, and goals.

Provides a personalised plan with written and verbal advice, plus resources where appropriate.
The review phone call, as part of a plan, is a shorter check-in held after your CellNurish Progress plan follow-up appointment. It is a supportive touchpoint to give you reassurance and guidance before you continue on your own or move into further follow-up appointments.
During the call you can:

Share how you are getting on with your plan

Confirm your next steps and whether a further follow-up may be helpful
Follow-up appointments (including when booked outside of a plan) can be booked individually. Time can be booked pro rata** for shorter reviews or catch-ups as needed.

You can also book a bundle of four follow-up sessions. It’s an easy way to stay on track and check in when you need to, with the reassurance of ongoing support and knowing you are being looked after along your journey.

If your enquiry requires more than a 15-minute response please book an additional follow-up outside of your agreed appointments.
Consultations provide space to discuss a patient or client case, explore dietary or clinical considerations, or seek dietetic input without transferring care. Sessions may involve case discussion only, or, where agreed, an appointment with the patient or client while remaining in collaboration with you. Attendance within a client appointment is arranged separately and subject to a different fee.

Available for brief case-related queries between agreed sessions. If a response requires more than brief guidance, additional time may be arranged on a pro rata basis.
A professional peer group may be available for ongoing discussion and shared learning, depending on interest.
